Shouldn't this website include a content warning so children don't accidentally see this hideous image? My image on the other hand, is the most stunning in all of blogdom. For goodness sake, Gruntley, learn how to fix your freakin' face before someone takes your picture again!!

Great photo, I quite agree.
Hi, Jacquee, I'm a friend of Shari & Brent's. I looooove your blog! How pretty. You'll see me over at Grover's place from time to time.
Here's what you need to know about me: I've known Shari since we were in 6th grade. Which, of course, means I've known Brent a long time, too. But most importantly, I knew Jonathan (oh, look, I spell his name correctly, so you know I know my stuff...) when he was a cute, sweet little boy with a high-pitched voice, always-red cheeks, and a cowlick on his head... he was such a little drama-king and always adorably funny and SMART, very smart. (Is he still like that? lol) Sure, most of the time we were trying to shut him out of Shari's room, but I have fond memories of being at their house and being highly entertained by Jonathan. Such a cutie. Now look at him. LOL, I don't mean it THAT way, it's just amazing how the time flies. I have a younger sister his age (they were SO ALIKE, personality-wise, when they were younger) and she just got married last year. [Shari, if you're readin this, too, don't you feel OLD?! ;)]
I LOVE the pic of you two in that earlier post. Yes, you two are adorable.
I hope you don't mind me peeking in here from time to time. It's wonderful to get little glances of Shari's family since she's one of my best friends.
Btw, I live in Rancho near Shari & Brent... I know there's a newish Christian Coffee Shop on Milliken & Baseline. I think they have little books and what-not along with coffee. I've forgotten the name of it but I keep seeing it everytime I drive home after shopping at Ralph's right there. They had some sort of booksigning going on outside yesterday but I was driving by too quickly to see who it was. Uh, I do have a point here... One of these days Shari and I are going to meet up for SOME KIND OF GATHERING INVOLVING FOOD AND DRINK AND TALKING AND LAUGHING (we keep saying we will and we've both been so busy, but I figure the more blogs I remind her about this on, the more likely it will actually happen!) and I'd love to meet you, too. Maybe we could try out the new little coffee place sometime and all of us meet-up. (Or anywhere)
Again, lovely blog. Sorry for the chattiness. That's the other thing you should know about me: I'm sort of like a brunette Shari when it comes to chitchat. ;)
I don't keep my blog in my profile but feel free to drop by my place(s) anytime.
Happy end-of-the-weekend to you,
- Mary
PS - I love tulips, too. I was just telling another tulip-loving blogger that earlier today. :)
